Xi He

Xi He received his MA in Chinese from the East Asian Languages and Cultures Department at Stanford University, and his BA in Sociology, together with a second major degree in Economics, and a minor degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Tsinghua University. His research interests include Gender and Sexuality, Literati Culture, Chan and Pure Land Buddhism in late imperial China. In his leisure time, he is also a passionate cinephile.
