Yongtao Zhang was appointed Senior Lector in Fall 2016. He completed his Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics and Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in 2012. Prior to joining Yale University, he had been working as a Chinese language lecturer at Princeton University for four years. He also served as a head teacher at Princeton in Beijing (PiB) program for seven summers.
